Mondays - 12:00pm
Khya Renew is a restful, calming class easing you into Monday. The perfect start to a new week.
Gentle, flowing movements with passive supportive poses.
Suitable for all levels.
Mondays - 6:30pm
This Traditional Hot Yoga Class is designed to make you sweat! A mindful yet challenging practice allowing practitioners of all levels to develop and strengthen their practice. Connecting the mind while cleansing the body, a great introduction to hot yoga.
Wednesdays - 6:00pm
Our Khya Barre workout is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long, and lean physique in record time. No Ballet experience required.
This class is open to all levels and great for those looking for a low impact yet challenging workout with fast results.
Tuesdays - 6:30pm
Our Khya Fire is designed to challenge and build heat within the body. This class allows students to build a greater awareness of self, transformation and empowerment. Ideal for those looking for a challenge, this class guarantees you an exciting practice!
Suitable for intermediate students.
Wednesdays - 12:00pm & 7:00pm
Our signature Khya Stretch class is designed to unwind your mind and release physical tension from your physical and emotional body.
Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries and improved sleep. Neither experience nor flexibility are required, just an open mind and a willingness to have fun while trying something new.
Thursdays - 7:00pm
Khya Power is an Ashtanga inspired vinyasa flow class, following traditional Ashtanga postures and breathwork. The familiarity in the flow allows the practitioner to learn the sequence and build on their individual yoga practice.
This class is an amazing way to watch as your practice improves week after week.
Fridays - 9:30am
Our Khya Unwind class guarantees a restful, calming class focusing on breathwork, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses.
For those looking to calm the mind as well as the body. This is a perfect class for beginners, those with limited mobility, or for those who prefer a softer, more gentle approach to yoga.
Saturdays - 9:30am
Khya Revive is an exciting, dynamic class designed to cleanse you of the busy week. Creating energy in the body, threading breath and movement together, leaving you ready to transition into the weekend feeling revived and refreshed. Class is suitable for intermediate level.
Not suitable for those with limited mobility.
Sundays - 10:00am
Khya Soul is a Soulful Vinyasa, Allowing you to Unwind, Unravel, clean the slate, begin again.
Located on the magical island of Ibiza We offer Yoga Retreats that guarantee to reset your mind body and soul. From helping to detox your body with fresh & delicious plant based food to calming your mind and soul with a series of yoga classes including sunrise flow and moonlit meditation.
You will experience a series of workshops on how to reduce stress and anxiety, discussions on nutrition, health and wellbeing. With the idyllic Ibiza sunset as a backdrop, at Khya Retreat, we have it all.
