KHYA RENEW

Mondays - 12:00pm


Khya Renew is a restful, calming class easing you into Monday. The perfect start to a new week.

Gentle, flowing movements with passive supportive poses.

KHYA CALM

Mondays - 6:30pm

KHYA CALM is a slow paced yoga class with passive stretching sequences and yin poses to release deep-rooted tension ending with a 15 minute Yoga Nidra Practice.

This deeply relaxing, transformative practice is suited to all abilities and guarantees a restful nights sleep. Yoga Nidra offers a space to explore what you need in the moment, as well as an opportunity to work on releasing long-held emotions.

Poses are held for longer periods of time. This is a great practice for improving flexibility in the body and also for increasing circulation to the joints. Suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome. So throw on some comfy layers and get ready to feel extremely zen afterwards.⠀

KHYA BARRE

Our Khya Barre workout is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long, and lean physique in record time. No Ballet experience required.

This class is open to all levels and great for those looking for a low impact yet challenging workout with fast results.

KHYA FIRE

Tuesdays - 6:30pm

A dynamic style of yoga designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures and a strong focus on power of breathe awareness.

This class will have a variety of music and themes and will always end with a relaxing guided meditation you will leave the studio deeply relaxed.

Our signature Khya Stretch class is designed to unwind your mind and release physical tension from your physical and emotional body.

Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries and improved sleep. Neither experience nor flexibility are required, just an open mind and a willingness to have fun while trying something new.

Khya Power is an Ashtanga inspired vinyasa flow class, following traditional Ashtanga postures and breathwork. The familiarity in the flow allows the practitioner to learn the sequence and build on their individual yoga practice.

This class is an amazing way to watch as your practice improves week after week.

KHYA CORE PILATES

Tuesdays 11-12pm

Core Pilates aims to strengthen your whole body in an even way with particular emphasis on your core. This class is suitable for all levels from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners.

A strong core will improve posture, increase stability and balance, reduce the risk of injury, decrease lower back pain and make daily tasks a lot easier.

It will also help with performance in other physical activities. You will stretch, strengthen, breathe and relax, with a particular focus on your core and pelvic floor muscles.
